Summer Season Break

Sontech has scheduled a summer stop in production during weeks 29, 30 and 31 (July 13th – July 31). We will be back in the office by August 3th. 

 

Therefore, and in order to avoid any major impact in your delivery and production schedule, we kindly recommend you to place your orders as in the following schedule: 
 

·All orders shall be received by us by June 22th; ETD July 10th or earlier.  

·There will be no deliveries or order confirmations during the period we are closed.

·For emergency orders placed later than June 22th to be delivered before, during or right after the summer break, please contact us at order@sontech.se to see available options. 

·All other orders received during the summer stop period will be registered and confirmed on week 32.

Please bear in mind that shipping and freight providers covering the Swedish routes also schedule summer break usually during this period, reason why the standard transit time may vary. Please contact your service provider to confirm transit times during this period. 
 
For customer support and other urgent matters, please send your inquiries to info@sontech.se. We will do our best to reply to your information request within 24 hours.  All quality issues and requests for quotes sent to us during this summer break will be replied during week 32.
